February 14 & 15, 2004
boy did you miss out on a party
dont miss 2005

This event is getting bigger by the year, by the way everyone's chilli products walked through the gates with some very happy customers it has proven to be one of the best or if not the best indoor & outdoor Fiery Foods Festival there is in Australia.

With a great line up of entertainment with Latin American, Bahair also African, Portuguese all played by an Timorese band Kore-An and Headlining Aussie Pub Rock band our Rockin JACKHAMMER, with other great local backups. It was truly a great weekend with a great mixture of Gourmet Foods, Wines, and the best display of Australian Gourmet Chilli products from around Australia.

With the excellent turn out, public & exhibitor response is that it will be on again here in Jindivick again next year also with International Guests this year were Carolyn and Harold from Pepper Creek farm, Texas, We 're expecting a few more from the otherside of the BIG POND, with interest so far from Cackylacky, Cajohns, Judicial Flavours, Arizona Pickles to name a few, well if they do make it downunder it's going to be one hellava party I'll tell ya.

Bring it on!
