The aim of the Hot Sauce & Fiery Foods Festival.......

... was to create a festival that focuses on the Australian Chilli Culture and the best Fiery Foods in a stunning outdoors location in rural Victoria that's a stones throw away from  Melbourne. We hold the festival on the third weekend of February every year at the Redback Chilli Co farm on Jacksons Track Jindivick , in scenic West Gippsland, Victoria and only 45 minutes from Dandenong on the Princes Hwy.

DIRECTIONS

Follow the Hwy out past Pakenham and when you see signs for Garfield then Bunyip get ready to turn left at the new BP Roadhouse and follow the signs to Labertouche, go down a few Kms and turn right onto Jacksons Track to Jindivick, go past the Jindi general store, you'll go past the Jindivick cricket ovel and keep going for another 3klm.

As you go down the road you will pass two small roads on the right, when you do turn off at the third, it will be posted with the festival signs.

Now in our 10/11th year and being the longest running Chilli festival in Australia, from our humble beginnings in 2000 we have grown into one of the most exciting events in Australia and have  become  the Premier Event on the Fiery Foods calendar  in Australia.

More and more people are being attracted not only from the  local area, but also from  across Victoria, interstate and overseas.

Bringing together the best of Australia's Chilli manufacturer's, Gourmet Food, Wines, and Boutique Beers in  the one location for a unique weekend away.

So come along  and enjoy a  great  weekend of family fun, we have kids activities, Live Music, Games for all ages to join in on, and not to forget Australia'  BEST chilli products  to taste, try and buy. Please, you dont have to eat fiery foods to be here, but it sure does help.
